School Background
Mudiang Elementary School is situated four kilometes (4 Kms. ) away from the National Road, in the middle of four adjacent barangay, at the North side is Barangay Acacia, South is Malagamot, Panacan, East side Brgy. Ilang and at the West side is Brgy. Indangan, Davao City. Mudiang can be reached through motorized vehicles. The population is about 402 pupils from Kindergarten to Grade Six under the care of 11 teachers, spearheaded by a principal Mrs. Jeanie G. Pulvera. The school is following the K TO 12 Curriculum which determines all the teaching and learning process and activities in all grade levels. Under the Basic Education Sector Reform Agenda (BESRA), the school adopts the following programs such as the School-Based Management (SBM), NCBTS, ECCD, and Adopt-A-School Program together with the other DepEd flagship programs like CFSS, ECARP, E-Reading, Brigada Eskwela, DRRM, Essential Health Care, Child Protection Policy (CPP), Gender and Development (GAD), Peace Education, WATCH, REACH, Supplementary Feeding and among others to substantiate and support the vision, mission and goals of the school.
